What is the difference between thermage and HIFU, which one should I choose?

Both Thermage and HIFU treatments are very popular nowadays,but they have different  focuses.

HIFU focuses on lifting: it works in the form of points, but the effect is deeper, and the effect of lifting the contour is very superior, which is an anti-aging magic treatment.

Thermage focuses on firming: it works on the dermis in the form of a surface, with a wide range of effects, and can achieve wrinkle removal and firming effects.
