Why is laser hair removal becoming increasingly popular?
It is so far the most comfortable treatment to remove unwanted hairs,it feels like warm massage on the skin. Laser depilation is also the most effective epilation methods. The effectiveness of laser hair removal is 90%. The treatment effect varies for different parts, thicknesses and colors of hair, but even if it cannot be completely removed, the remaining hair will become thinner and softer, and its growth rate will slow down. According to clinical experience, after three sessions of laser hair reduction, most people can remove 90% of their armpit hair, 75% to 80% of their limbs and trunk hair, and 60% to 70% of their lip hair.
What equipment on the market are used for laser hair removal?
1. 808nm diode laser, which penetrates deeper, and can easily absorb melanin, thus can remove hair of different depths. Diode laser adopts low-energy multi-pulse mode, which can not only ensure heating, but also reduce pain and adverse reactions caused by thermal damage during laser hair removal treatment.
2. 755nm alexandrite laser, which is featured with high energy and large spot, strong penetration and higher energy accumulated in the dermis than in the epidermis, which is safer laser depilation for light skin and fine hairs.
3. Long pulse 1064nm Nd:YAG laser, which absorbs melanin less than the previous two, but penetrates deeper, has longer pulse width, and has a wide range of selectable energy density. It is suitable for all skin types, especially safe for laser hair removal for people with darker skin.
